Security of Personal Information
Your personal information

about the security on our website or the Crop Smart app, please contact us

personal credentials for the Crop Smart app, including username or password,
with anyone else. We recommend that you use a unique password for the Crop
Smart app that is not associated with other websites. You should check your
Crop Smart account regularly to ensure that your personal information has not
been tampered with or altered. When your Personal Information is no longer
needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps
to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information. However, most
of the personal information is or will be stored in client files which will be
kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.
Access to your Personal Information
You may access the
personal information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject
to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your personal information, please
contact us in writing.
Crop Smart Pty Ltd will
not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee
for providing a copy of your personal information.

the requested information.

number to Crop Smart and consenting to receive messages, or by sending a
message to a Crop Smart number on WhatsApp or another messaging platform, you
agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of Crop Smart Pty Ltd at
that mobile number, delivered by SMS/text or by messaging platform (including
WhatsApp). Messages may be sent using automated technology, including automated
chat assistants.
Messages may include: (a)
service messages — order confirmations, delivery updates, account alerts, statements, payment reminders, and responses to your enquiries; and (b)
promotional messages — promotions, specials and other marketing offers,
sent only where permitted by law.
Voluntary. You do not have to sign
up for the Service to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of
any purchase. Your participation is completely voluntary.
Opting out. You may opt out at any
time by replying STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message from us, clicking the
unsubscribe link where available, or emailing online@cropsmart.com.au. An opt-out applies to the channel through which it is sent (for example, replying STOP on WhatsApp stops WhatsApp messages) unless you tell us you wish to stop all messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and we will action opt-out requests within five business days.
Charges. We do not charge for the
Service. Your mobile provider's standard message and data rates may apply to
SMS, and WhatsApp messages use your mobile data or internet connection.
WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service
provided by Meta. Messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for
the availability of WhatsApp or of any mobile network, or for failed, delayed
or undelivered messages.
General. Message frequency may
vary. We may change the telephone numbers we use to operate the Service and will notify you of changes; messages (including STOP requests) sent to a number
we have ceased using may not be received. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to notify us if your number changes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, errors in such information, or any action you take in reliance on it.
